By creating an account or using Tellpi (https://tellpi.xyz), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the service. Updates will be published on this page with a new effective date.

• Tellpi offers online self-assessments based on internationally recognized psychometric instruments: MBTI, Big Five, DISC, Enneagram, Attachment Style, HEXACO, Holland Codes, EQ, and more.
• Personalized reports are generated with AI-assisted interpretation for self-understanding only; they are not medical or psychological diagnosis or professional advice.
• Paid products are personalized interpretation reports (Solo / Duo / Family editions) — one-time digital products, not subscriptions.

• Registration requires a valid email address and password; you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• You may not share or transfer your account or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• The service is intended for users aged 18 and above.

• Prices for paid reports are clearly displayed on the purchase page and are charged as shown.
• International (USD) orders are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record) or Gumroad; domestic (CNY) orders follow the instructions on the purchase page.
• After successful payment, an unlock code is sent to the email you provide. Each code is bound to its report and is valid for 180 days.

Paid reports are digital content available immediately in your account once payment succeeds and the unlock code is activated. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the report.

• Paid reports are personalized digital goods delivered instantly. You may request a refund via support before the unlock code is activated; once activated, the content is deemed delivered and refunds are generally not available.
• For duplicate charges, non-delivery of a code, or technical failures, contact tellpiservice@outlook.com within 14 days for a full refund after verification.
• Refund requests may also be submitted directly through the payment provider (Creem / Gumroad), and we will cooperate fully.

• You may not reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data at scale, or disrupt its operation.
• You may not present report content as professional medical advice or misrepresent your credentials.
• We may restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

All platform content (text, charts, design, code) is the intellectual property of Tellpi and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Questionnaire items remain the property of their respective rights holders.

• Assessment results are for self-understanding only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, legal, or financial).
• We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on platform content.
• We will endeavor to restore service after force-majeure interruptions without liability for compensation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid.

These Terms may be updated from time to time and published on this page. If you disagree with an update, you may stop using the service and request account deletion; continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a competent court or arbitration body at the location of the platform operator.
