Tellpi (https://tellpi.xyz) is an online psychology self-assessment platform offering psychometric tests based on internationally recognized instruments, together with AI-assisted personalized interpretation reports. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

• Account information: your email address (for sign-in and verification/service emails) and an optional nickname.
• Assessment data: your answers to questionnaires such as MBTI, Big Five, DISC, Enneagram, Attachment Style, HEXACO, Holland Codes, and EQ, used solely to generate your reports.
• Report content: personalized text and charts produced by our AI-assisted interpretation engine, stored in your account for later viewing.
• Order information: the email you provide at purchase, plus order and unlock-code records, used to verify payments and deliver products.
• Technical information: sign-in sessions, IP address, and browser details, used only for security and abuse prevention.

• To generate and deliver your personalized assessment reports.
• To manage account sign-in, orders, entitlements, and customer support.
• To send essential verification and service emails; we do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

Test scoring is computed locally using standard psychometric algorithms. Personalized interpretation text is generated server-side via a large language model API (e.g., GLM) only after you confirm submission. Your answers are used solely for that report and are never used to train models. Reports are AI-assisted interpretations provided for reference only.

• Assessment answers are stored by default in your browser (localStorage).
• Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 and never stored in plain text.
• Account and order data are stored in an access-controlled database.

• Payments: international orders are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record) or Gumroad. We only receive your order email and unlock-code records; we never see your card details.
• Email: verification and service emails are delivered via third-party email providers.
• AI interpretation: interpretation text is generated via a large language model API (see Section 4).

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember language preferences. This data stays on your device; you may clear or disable it at any time in your browser settings.

• You may contact tellpiservice@outlook.com at any time to request export or deletion of your personal data.
• You may delete your account from the Report Center; minimal order records may be retained as required by law.
• You can manage locally stored data through your browser settings.

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. Use by minors requires guardian consent, and we will delete related data upon request.

Results are based on internationally recognized self-report psychometric instruments with AI-assisted interpretation, provided for self-understanding only. They do not constitute medical or psychological diagnosis, therapy, or professional advice. If you are experiencing distress, please consult a licensed professional.

Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced by email or on-site notice.
